I just purchased the package Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss. I'm eager to get started. How many times a week should it be practiced for the optimum results? Thanks to all!

Yoga for weight loss is a good idea. But if that is all that you are seeking, you may be disappointed. Yoga is not like running or aerobics or anything that people do to lose weight. Through dedicated practice you might lose weight or you might not. It depends on what you eat, what you think, and what kind of body type you have. Yoga is a practice for the spirit, not so much for the physical form. It focuses on all aspects of mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. Therefore, begin the yoga practice of your choice for up to four times a week. See what happens. Namaste

Yes. Yoga is not at all about weight loss. It is a discipline and lifestyle. Many people may lose some weight with yoga only because it tunes them into their bodies and fosters more self-respect. So, enjoy the practice, but it's not really about losing weight.
