Hi,
Hope you can help. Please explain the reason for no inverted poses at this time. I always seem to forget it's a no-no and still do headstands.

Thanks

It is to do with the blood flow. It is only recommended whilst you are having a heavy period but say safer to wait until ended until doing inverted poses. It is the source of energy by helping your blood supply reach parts that are rarely visted properly because we are on our feet all day. Inverted poses help the blood supply reach these parts and if a on a period obviously the blood supply is going to go the wrong way! Hope this helps.

Well, some position are fixed especially while sleeping. These poses are done to prevent stain and leakage at the time of heavy flow. The use of menstrual cups can help to solve the problem to the greatest extent. The menstrual cups at (cupissima.com), are internally worn, can collects the flow instead of absorbing it. Thus, it helps in sleeping in desired position with no stain and leakage.
