If anyone is interested,
I came across this video meditation on youtube. It is by a man named Alaje. What he says about where he’s from and the things he says in his other videos are very different to say the least(!), however I found this meditation to be very helpful, so I thought I would post the link here so anyone who is interested can try it out for themselves.
