Location: Uppsala, Sweden | If you feel sore everywhere in your muscles, then no worries. If your joints and ligaments hurt, then something is wrong; it could be incorrect breathing, bad alignment, not enough or too much flexibility and not enough supporting strength - or too intense a practice -- and so on. Sore muscles should pass in a day or two, but lasting pain in your joints or in your spine is a bad sign. If you are flexible enough, then you may want to focus more on building strength, and possibly make really sure to get enough rest (and nutrition) between every practice.
