| Hello,
I'm hoping to find some studio owners and/or employees to discuss how you handle scheduling of classes and workshops, etc.
I'm working on a software solution to aid in this process and am hoping to get as much input and guidance as I can early on.
I just have about 10 questions I could send over email, and you could help out as little or as much as you wish.
Feel free to respond here or send me a direct message.
Thanks so much, and I greatly appreciate your time. |

| We have 5 teachers who sit down together and plan classes before each term begins. We have online registration that about 95% of our students use. |

| Thanks for the reply. To be more clear I'm interested in what the online scheduling software you is? You like it? Is it too simple? Too complex? |

| Our studio uses a software program that was created by the principal owner's husband. It is pretty easy to use, we register students and can keep track of their class purchases. When they attend a class, we find them in the system, we can search by any string in their name, and then we move them into the class. That debits "1" from their class total. If they show up as having no classes, then they can buy one or a class pass at that time. We check everyone in before class starts. It works really well and is very fast. |
