Let me invite you to the ashtanga yoga workshop of the authorised teacher Leonid Lanin (Russia). The workshop wiil be held on Feb/ 21- Mar.05 in the famous Peakock hotel on the Light House Beach.
There will be the group for the begginers and opportunity to try Keralan special aurvedic massages and treatments, which are good for the body and helps to make the practice deeper.
