| I do suffer with tension and stress headache Also i do suffer from depression.
I have started yoga and getting huge benefits
Will anybody here can advise me How i should plan my food

| I have suffered from migraines since I was young. It took me a while to figure out what triggered them. Yoga has certainly helped but I found that some things in my diet were causing them as well. I would suggest keeping a daily food diary and then record when you get the headache, how long it lasts. It will take a while but I'm sure you will start to see a pattern. | |

| Headache is major problem today because of it work load, stress, depression and all. So avoid it do meditation, take proper food and sleep properly, spend time with friend and family to avoid stress and depression, give massage and drink strong tea it will give relax to you. | |
