tourist - 2009-07-07 11:52 AM When you say "vipasana" what does that look like when you practice it? It is sitting with eyes closed and observing thoughts, feelings, emotions. Eyes are focused on the heart. Focusing on the location between my eyes gives me headache so I focus on the heart region. Carson gave the link of AYP site. There is "I AM" mantra meditation. I tried it but it also gave the same result. I bought a meditation CD with sounds of nature. It didn't help either. I never tried walking meditation. May be it is a bit less intense.
