To my knowledge, the only dispute was in the field of meditation, not asanas or pranayama. But there is a discipline called "Christian Meditation." It is the same like Yoga meditation. What makes the meditation Christian is your Christian faith. | |

The Catholic mystics (and the tradition is QUITE RICH & DEEP) have no problem with other spiritual paths/traditions, it is the Church hierarchy & fundamentalists (of any faith) who have issues. | |
