anusara means "flowing with grace" i believe.

Other definitions are "stepping into the flow of grace", "going with the flow" and "follow your heart".

The three main tenets of Anusara yoga are the three A's: Attitude, Alignment and Action. So the fact that there are three A's in the word "Anusara" is intentional as well.
