| What a great way to feel good! Stretching the right muscles, the right amount in the right way. The whole body is energized, toned and sculpted . Back pain is relieved and less muscle strains. We're so excited we started these websites to share the good feelings along. What's your experience?

| My experience is a toned body. I did it originally for the stretching but within two weeks I noticed a difference in my body. Pilates is enjoyable and goes quickly for me. I think I will be including it in my daily routine the rest of my life.
