| I work out a great deal and don't want to buy a pilates dvd that is too easy. I used to have the windsor advanced pilates dvd and I liked that. Does anyone know if there are any pilates dvds that are extremely tough. A combination b/w pilates, yoga, etc. would be great too..thanks | |

| I recommend you go to the website Collage exercise dvds. Not only can you purchase dvds but get reviews and sample a
clip. That is how I buy. I don't like to buy blindly either. Good luck.
