Location: Oregon | A question for anyone who might work with text in word processors in Sanskrit or transliteration.
I'm trying to make my own little book of the Yoga Sutras with two different translations side by side, with Sanskrit on one side and transliteration on the other. But I'm running into problems working with the text. I found a site on the net that had the Sanskrit and transliteration, I copied the source code and have it pretty much. But it's in notepad, and when I try to move it into MS Word, I can't work with it.
What fonts or programs do people use to work with it?
Does anyone know? | |

Location: Oregon | No, OM. I've got the first translation that spoke to me, that I still like, and the one I work with while I'm studying the Sutras in class. I like them both. Plus, the way I learn, be retyping/formatting and putting them in my own display, the stuff sinks in better. Alot of work, but that's just the way it is for me.
I got a recommendation elsewhere to use Open Office. | |
