Subject: J. Friend DVD review


Has anyone viewed the teacher DVD from John friend? It is a teacher training DVD and I am interested in purchasing it, but it's expensive. Would love feedback.

I would suggest: If you are already a very advanced Yoga Practitioner (advanced = long time sincere student and practitioner), then the DVD shall be useful to you.
