hi,
I'm 30 and my weight is 45 and I want to improve my weight till 60.What type of exercises of YOGA
should I do ??

And how much time will it take if I starts YOGA from today??

45 and 60 what? Stones? Pounds? Kilos? I can only presume you mean Kilos and we're talkign about your weight going from 99 pounds up to 132 pounds.

Since you are having issues with your digestion, and now posting about your weight, I am wondering why the two bits of information (which seem related) are not shared together?

Yoga is neither a weight loss nor a weight gain program.
If you yoga appeals to you, then try it out and explore life through it. But be clear, while it does have effects it is not a prescription for this ill and that ill.

Eating a balanced diet, staying "well", and getting moderate exercise on a regular basis will typically move the body to it's optimum weight, which differs from person to person.
