| I apologize if this has been asked a million times on here (which I'm sure it has).
But can anyone recommend a good Iyengar DVD for home practice and a good Iyengar
school in the Nassau County Long Island area (preferrable close to New Hyde ParK).

| I do not recommend any DVD. If you want to follow the Iyengar Style of Yoga Exercise, I recommend you the Silva Mehta Book. And, if you find teacher near you, I recommend only that teacher for times to come. | |

| This could work for you, although I haven't tried it myself. I knew the teacher awhile ago from Iyengar workshops I attended. She had a very solid practice. I may buy her Intermed. one.
