you mean the "people's cheese"???

I like organic cream cheese. I make sushi rolls with smoked salmon and this kind of cheese. It's very good.

I have tried it (philly neuf) and it is good. I think it has lower calories than regular cream cheese. I usually get the regular Philly cream cheese, but I will try to find some organic cream cheese. I'm a cheesy fool.

I use it on Bagels, on celery, mix it into cheesecakes - anything you would do with regular cream cheese.
