hello

i hope that everyone is doing well i have a question, has anyone ever done Kundalini Yoga before there is a workshop at one of my favorite studios and it seems like a lot of Fun. Can someone tell me more about

kundalini is a great style of yoga. i suggest if you have direct questions about the workshop, that you talk to the studio about it. they'll have more information that we will.

Kundalini Yoga is a name of Style of Doing a Yoga Practice formed by Dr. Haribhajan Singh who passed away. It encompasses certain Hathayogic practices in Tantrik style. The name Kundalini does NOT necessarily have anything to do with an important Yogic term, Kundalini.

I have done it. Kundalini is one of the more spiritual types of yoga.Thanks.

Kundalini yoga works with kundalini energy, one's dormant spiritual energy. The Kundalini energy in its' dormant state is visualized as a snake coiled up in the first chakra at the base of the spine.
