| If you wish to know about Buddhist Religion, I suggest you read a very good book by a very good Author. I can inform you this soon. And, to learn Meditation, you should first learn the Religion as you want, and then choose a type of practice. And, then choose an experienced teacher in that practice. Since you are interested in knowing Buddhism, I have to assume that you do not know it well. So, it is good you first know it so that you can form your goal and expectations properly.
