I took a class last night and the teacher used music I really liked. Anyone use Donna De Lory? It's her CD called The Lover and the Beloved. She was back up singer with Madonna and has a lovely voice. I just downloaded the CD off iTunes.

She's great! That's one of my favorite albums of yoga music (which lately has been become the type of music I listen to even when not practicing yoga). If you like Donna De Lory, you might like Mantra Girl, who at times sounds a little like Madonna herself. Her CD "Truth" is on iTunes as well.

Thanks! You know, I have her CD in my drawer upstairs. I didn't like it when I first got it, but mantras freaked me out back then. I will get it out of file 13 and listen to it again.

Location: right where I'm supposed to be | I love that CD.
If you girls like that CD and Donna DeLory's sound, you might enjoy Akasha too.
I also just made a "Want List" and came across Snatam Kaur. Her voice is beautiful.

Yes, Snatam Kaur, I've mentioned herĀ a couple times here already. Her CD "Anand" is probably my favorite, though I do have pretty much all of them (completionist that I am!).
