| Evey morning I wake up and burp for about 5 mins, like really long, loud burps. Its so embarrassing but I can't help it. Is there anything yoga-related that I can do to help alleviate this? I'm worried that there is something wrong with my bodies internal organs or something because its just not normal.....

| Nothing really. I try to tend not to eat after supper as sleeping on a full / semi-full stomach I find really uncomfortable

| That depends on many factors. I can only give one tip for now:
Eat good lunch. And, eat minimal dinner, and long before sleeping. Drink water in between dinner and sleep. |

| Yes - that helps a lot, but hard to do in our world. I am lucky that I have been able to do this due to how my job works. Hmmm - could be a few things, I guess. See what other ideas people come up with.... |
