If you can find it, I like Kundalinin Yoga for the West by Swami Sivananda Radha. It should eb available through ascent magazine or Timeless Books.

Wheels of Life by Anodea Judith is good for the chakras, not so much kundalini yoga.

Kundalini and The Chakras By Genevieve Lewis Paulson is great for easy to read contemporary advice and information,

Kundalini: The Arousal of the Inner Energy by Ajit Mookerjee is a fantastic book on the ancient wisdoms of Kundalini. It contains MANY, MANY pictures of Kundalini portrayed through paintings, scupltures etc etc. Vey heady material though, I'm sure I won't understand it until I'm at least 30 (i'm 23 now)....

Meditation from the Tantras by Swami Satyananda Saraswati...it is really very good.
