yes, i neti.

but when i got my septum piercing, the piercer told me that being 'too clean' in that area would slow the healing process, and therefore he recommended that i neti less frequently than normal. and so, rather than every other day, i now do it once a week.

Ok

when I was a younger man I used to 'engineer' things to be used differently than their intended purpose for various 'paraphernalia' of some long gone bad habits.

Today I took a piece of rubber tubing and a plastic water cup to make a work Neti.

I felt like a Kid again.

Yep, I do. Every morning since last Dec 31st (so I wouldn't have to call it a New Year Resolution), and since then not one cold - so I'm convinced !

Hi Steven,
I think I may have used a rubber tube for some long gone bad habits, not colonic irrigation, but useful for making bongs and such like
