| Hi all
I practice Yoga and I really find it is good for my body. And I have a question that: In the symbol of Yoga, the two triangles, one means Knowledge, the other means Action. That means we should balance our knowledge and action. As I am a student, the most time I spend for sudyying, means gaining knowledge. does that mean I do not balance my life?

| There are times in our lives when the balance goes off a bit. School is often one of them. But it takes just a little effort to include other aspects in your student life - some time for family, some for physical activity, some for spiritual pursuits. You will rarely get a time in your life where everyting is is perfect balance. You just do the best you can do. Having some time for asana practice will also make your studying more productive and less stressful. Good luck! | |
