| my arms and legs are generally really thick and i've hated them ALL my life and so far nothing has helped. It's not like they're fat, they're actually really toned. It seems as though the more I exercise, the more bulkier my muscles get so therefore my arms and legs get even thicker. SO the questions is, will pilates make my arms and legs slimmer not more muscular??? I recently started doing pilates and im starting off with the 20 minute workout in the beginners dvd.... | |

| Esther - first you need to start loving your arms and legs! Imagine where you would be without them Pilates creates a long lean muscle shape, but I would imagine you would have the best results from working with a qualified teacher. | |
