| I know yoga helps depression, but what about good ole stress? I'm interested in taking a supplement called StressEez that contains a good source of B Vitamins which I know are helpful with reducing stress, but wanted to know more about it...any helpful suggestions out there? | Yoga is a great de-stresser!
Any exercise helps in that department, but I have found that Yoga delivers the most improvement. | |
