Subject: morning pain

I have been waking up with headaches for about a month now. Its pretty much every day and they last all day sometimes.
I was just reading up on them and it says that the causes are usually sleep apnea, skelomuscle deseise or a snoring partner. I got 2 out of 3 arent I lucky

Headaches can be associated with lots of things.  You may want to find out if you have some internal heat issues going on.  The liver is the area I would start with first.  When the liver upsurges, it can bring on the heat and the headaches.  This is difficult to treat with Western medicine due to lack of knowledge...they want to operate and do all kinds of un-necessary costly experiments.  I would think about doing some gentle fasting of somekind with a professional or go see a Traditional Chinese Doctor to help you with some herbal and acupuncture treatments help balance you.
