I know if you break it down it is OM and the five elements. i would like to get another opinions on this meaning.........

OM is just a prefix for the mantra

Five Elements are:


na

mas (becomes mash while pronouncing due to next sh)

shi

waa

ya

Meaning is what BG gave.

Location: Upstate NY		At the Ashram we say it in the context of " Om, Blessed One".
