| hmmm. I don't know but I would say that it also depends on which way you are rotating them medially or laterally? | |

just a bit confused about the anatomy of the legs and how they work in back bend/forward bends. I have always been taught to roll the top inner thighs out so the tail bone can move into the body, when doing backward bending. What musles are engaging when doing this? The reason I am asking is because I suspect I am gripping too much with the inner thighs to bring the legs in toward one another. make sense? | |
