| Hi everyone
i'm planning to go on a cleansing diet (advised by my doctor)
will be starting by cutting out grains and lugumes--
then soups, then will be doing just a juice fast--
any ideas as far as the kinds of juices i could possibly prepare--
it's going to be a long week and any suggestions would be great.
