I am 28 years old and My weight is appx 65Kg. and my height is 5ft. I want to give shape to my body and want to reduce my weight. I want my body in shape. There is too much fat on my hips and also on my breast. So I want to reduce it. Please tell me what yoga exercises are best for me which I will do regularly in morning & reduce my weight. I want my weight to be max 48-50Kg Only. Because I want to wear jeans and want to look smart & slim.
