| i am a 23 year old female, and have a 70-80 degree lordosis curve and and a slight kyphosis curve. i also have scoliosis of a drop over 20 degrees. i would really like to do something about my lordosis curve. surgeons generally dont like to operate on lordosis. what, if anything will yoga do for me? | |

| Check out Back Care Basics by Mary Pullig Schatz. It is a wonderful book that helps you evaluate your back alignment and then gives you an daily exercise routine (yoga postures) to correct the problem.
