i am a 23 year old female, and have a 70-80 degree lordosis curve and and a slight kyphosis curve. i also have scoliosis of a drop over 20 degrees. i would really like to do something about my lordosis curve. surgeons generally dont like to operate on lordosis. what, if anything will yoga do for me?

Check out Back Care Basics by Mary Pullig Schatz. It is a wonderful book that helps you evaluate your back alignment and then gives you an daily exercise routine (yoga postures) to correct the problem.

Persevere! Progress will be slow, but yoga will definately help. (In my opinion!)
