| i am 35 years old (married) & was weighing 44 kgs 5 months back. i did KAPALBHARTI & OMKAR PRANAYAM regularly & gain 4.5 kgs i n 5 months. what are the further steps to increase weight. i am taking good diet

| It is interesting to see that someone on this site wants to gain weight. For weight gain,
a) do whatever Yoga you want properly.
b) eat Nuts, Salads, and Fruits such as Banananas.
c) take plenty of rest, if possible, an afternoon 1 hour sleep.
d) Do NOT overeat. Eat only to hunger satisfaction.
