Subject: Can anyone recommend a good video/DVD?

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a video that is particularly good for the upper back? I had been doing Pilates for about a year which alleviated upper back pain. However, my current gym has very poor quality classes and I'd like to give it a shot at home. Most videos seem to talk about improving muscle tone, weight loss(?!?) or lower body and these are not things that I really need to worry about.

Thanks,

I've heard Gaiam does some dvds for back muscles, I haven't purchased any, but you might want to check it out. ^_^

Check out the videos section at www.lightenupyoga.com , there are neck, back and shoulder pain videos which have been recommended by "Prevention Magazine."
