| I do Kripalu Yoga and I just found out that I'm pregnant. I want to keep doing yoga, but I was wondering if there is any pose I should avoid during my first trimeter and also I would like get sugestions about what kind of yoga to do when I really start showing and some of the Kripalu poses are impossible. Basically you want to avoid any poses that put pressure on your belly, after the 3rd trimester inversions are cautioned.
