Plunger pumps are divided into two representative types of axial and radial plunger pumps.

Radial piston pump is a piston pump whose reciprocating motion direction is perpendicular to the driving shaft. The working principle of radial piston pump: The driving torque is transferred from the driving shaft to the star-shaped hydraulic cylinder body and rotor through the cross coupling, and the stator is not subject to other transverse forces. The rotor is mounted on the distributor shaft. The plunger arranged radially in the rotor is closely attached to the eccentric stroke stator through the sliding boot of static pressure balance. The plunger is connected with the slipper hinge and locked through the clamp spring. Two retaining rings clip the slipper to the stroke stator. When the pump rotates, it relies on centrifugal force and hydraulic pressure to be fixed on the inner surface. When the rotor rotates, the plunger will move to and fro due to the eccentricity, and its stroke is twice that of the eccentricity. The eccentricity of the stator can be adjusted by two plungers with opposite radial position on the pump body. The inlet and outlet of oil are controlled by the suction port of the distribution shaft and the pump body through the flow channel of the pump body and the distribution shaft. The hydraulic pressure generated in the pump body is absorbed by the surface of the static pressure balance. The static pressure balance of friction pairs adopts overbalanced pressure compensation method and forms open-loop control. The bearing supporting the drive shaft only plays a supporting role, and is not affected by other external forces. Hydraulic system: Axial plunger pump works by the volume change caused by the reciprocating motion of the plunger parallel to the transmission shaft in the plunger hole. Because the plunger and the plunger hole of the plunger pump are circular parts, high precision cooperation can be achieved in processing.
