Heart arche after SN

marko90 Posted 2011-11-29 9:25 AM (#209524) Subject: Heart arche after SN New User Posts: 1 Hi! I've been practicing for 1 year of Mysore as there are no teachers of Ashtanga in the city I live. But recently I've started to face a strange problem - a heart ache after SN. It happens when I do SN only (in the morning) and almost never when I do whole series in the evening. I do not know what's the reason for this as it seems OK for all the other people. I've learned Ashtanga for 1.5 month when being abroad from the teacher and he often told us to make Mysore. So I started to make it at home. I don't know what's the reason for this. I've watched many DVDs and read books but still haven't found the solution for this problem. Any help is appreciated. Or, seems to unusual experience in your part but I would suggest you to visit a doctor for any advice.
