Inflammation is a complex chemical defense response to a harmful tissue injury. Chemicals from your body are released into the blood or the affected tissues. These chemicals cause an increase in blood flow to the damaged or infected area which may produce warmth and redness. Some of these chemicals cause fluid to leak into tissues which causes swelling. This procedure can stimulate nerves and cause you to feel pain. Joint inflammation can have an effect on your everyday standard of living. For a lot of people, joint & pain health is an important health subject.

An increase in blood flow and the release of these chemicals attract white blood cells to inflammation areas. The increased number of white blood cells along with inflammatory substances within the joint may produce irritation, wearing down of cartilage as well as swelling of the joint lining.

Hello, can I use this information online?
I have been working with a shaman in Bali who sees the flow of blood in a person, through this insight he uses pressure points to move the blood and cures people - really cures people! I never knew how important the blood is. As you describe it seems like it truly is the key to healing! Thank you Fateh - Waterfall Villas Costa Rica
