| I am 5'3" on a good posture day and currently weigh about 132lbs. I carry all my weight in my stomach. I discovered Bikram about 2months ago and have not turned back. I take it about 3 times a week. That being said, I am also very active: teach Spin, Crossfit 2-3times a week, and am starting to run again. I have seen incredible benefits from Bikram- including better posture and breathing. That being said, I would be lying if I said I wasn't hoping to lose some weight. My diet is mainly Paleo friendly and contains very little sugar.
Perhaps I need to just give it more time (since I have only been doing Paleo and Bikram for a short period of time.) But I expected to see some weightl oss by this point. Does anyone have any advice or feedback? | |
